Your lender isn't going to prep you. That's literally why we exist!
Who We Are
Loan Link Prep is two people who escaped the corporate lending machine and decided to help small businesses instead of feeding them to the wolves.
Between us, we’ve got 15 years of experience inside the system. One of us spent 5 years at the SBA and 4 years at the top lender in the country (we can’t say the name — settlement agreement, don’t ask). Those nine years included roles like Loan Documentation Specialist, Loan Operations Specialist, Loan Verification Specialist, Senior Loan Originator, and SBA BDO. In other words: the brains.
The other half of Loan Link Prep spent six years watching corporate lenders smile at borrowers while quietly draining them with fees, fine print, and “totally legal” tricks designed to squeeze every dollar possible. After seeing enough businesses get fleeced, we walked away — or more accurately, got fired for trying to help people. Exactly as planned.
Now we use everything we learned to help small businesses get a fair deal, avoid nonsense fees, and walk into the loan process prepared instead of preyed on.
We’re not a big firm. We’re not trying to be. We’re just two people who know how the game works — and we’re here to help you beat it.
